The LGU of Batuan under Mayor Mawel Tumanda, through the Sangguniang Bayan led by Vice Mayor Dodo Jumawid (inset, upper left corner), held a forum today to empower People’s Organizations (POs) and Cooperatives. Led by Councilors Marvin Pancho, Segundo Bautista, and Dano, the forum aimed to make POs and coops a stronger link between residents and government agencies.
