The LGU Baclayon met with officials and office representatives to find ways to implement the planned road connecting Binayran Road to Cangguining/Budlay, Libertad road via Libertad Heights which aims to provide convenience to motorists traveling to and from the city to Baclayon and help ease traffic in areas such as Dampas Church and the Junction Area.
