A heartwarming romantic drama which is a sequel to the 2019 box office hit, “Hello Love, Goodbye”, starring Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards; “Hello, Love, Again” is still showing on its 2nd week drawing more moviegoers at Screenville Cinemas of Island City Mall and Alturas Mall.
Raking over P85 million on its first day in over 656 cinemas nationwide, “Hello, Love, Again” is now the film with the highest opening gross in the Philippines, and the highest number of cinemas ever for a local film.
In the previous film, Joy (Bernardo) is a nurse working in Canada who previously worked as a domestic helper in Hong Kong; while Ethan (Richards) is a bartender also in Hong Kong. They meet and fall in love with each other in Hong Kong.
Joy and Ethan’s love story unfold once again in this new installment. Five years after Joy leaves Hong Kong to pursue her dreams in Canada, they fight for their love to conquer the time, distance and a global shutdown that kept them apart. Joy and Ethan meet again in Canada but realize that they have also changed a lot, individually.

From Walt Disney comes the epic sequel to the hit animated musical adventure film “Moana” in 2016, “Moana 2,” which will premiere on Wednesday, November 27, at Screenville Cinemas of Island City Mall and Alturas Mall.
Moana Waialiki of Motunui (voice of Auli’i Cravalho) is returning to the big screen for an adventure unlike anything she’s ever faced. Three years after the first film, Moana heads out on a dangerous mission to the far seas and into the dangerous waters of Oceania after receiving daring instruction from her ancestors.
Moana reunites with her demigod friend Maui (voice of Dwayne Johnson) who accompanies her on a journey to break god Nalo’s curse on the hidden island of Motufetu. Together, they confront old and new foes, including the Kakamora and underworld goddess Matangi.
According to Walt Disney, “Moana” was a big success generating more than $680 million at the box office; and they expect the same for the sequel.
“MOANA 2” will premiere on Wednesday, November 27, at Screenville Cinemas of Island City Mall and Alturas Mall.
Alturas turns 39 today
The city’s premiere shopping center, Alturas Mall, marks its 39th Anniversary today, November 24, just a shy one year away to celebrate four decades of serving the Boholano community.
Foremost in its 39th Anniversary celebration is the 3-Day Sale starting today, and run until Tuesday, November 26, where up to 50% discounts are given away on wide range of brands and products at the Home & Fashion Department.
To add color to the occasion, Alturas Mall conducted the 2024 edition of Alturas Interschool Dance Battle yesterday afternoon held at the 4th floor of the mall, participated in by 12 schools in the High School Division and 5 schools in the College Division.
This afternoon, Alturas Mall will have its “Pop Star” search for its talented employees, at the Activity Center of the mall.
Last Friday, November 22, Alturas Mall offered Anniversary Treats to its valued customers like free haircut, manicure, pedicure, and foot massage. On the same day in the afternoon, everyone also enjoyed the Bingo Games with prizes P2,000; P3,000; and P5,000 in three games, respectively.
In time for its 39th Anniversary, Alturas Mall and the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) will inaugurate the new Consular Office here in Tagbilaran City, this coming Friday, November 29, at the 5th floor of Alturas Mall. This government office will now provide more convenience to the Boholanos, especially the OFWs, in their passport application and renewal, as well as other consular services.
According to Congressman Edgar Chatto, concerns of Boholanos overseas and foreign nationals who are in the province as residents or tourists can now be addressed through the new DFA consular office.
