Be Grand Resort’s Marketing Communications Associate Jodella Tesalona notes the difference: unlike short-term rentals with limited services, BE Grand provides villa hosts who attend to guest needs, plus linens that are cleaned and sanitized to resort standards. “It’s home comfort, but with people looking after you,” she said.
