Baclayon Mayor Alvin Uy (in photo, standing) led the Barangay Assembly in Libertad, Baclayon on July 30. The assembly updated residents on the town’s accomplishments, projects, and plans, and gathered complaints and suggestions for public services. Mayor Uy thanked Kapitan Greg Pag-ong, barangay officials, and Dr. Usting Roa of the Baclayon Primary Care Facility for the health consultations. SB members and department heads also attended.
