About 19 overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) from Cebu are arriving tomorrow morning.

According to Capitol information cluster head Kevin Damalerio, there is no definite time tomorrow when the OFWs will arrive.

This is the third batch of OFWs from Cebu who are returning to the province, Damalerio said.

The first batch of OFWs from Cebu arrived last April 27, 2020. The batch had 17 members and all were billeted at the Mercedarian Retreat House in Dauis. All of them are already back to their respective families.

The second batch of OFWs from Cebu arrived last May 9. There were 51 members in the batch and they are currently staying at The Story Resort in Panglao.

There is no official word where the new batch of repatriated OFWs will be quarantined.

However, a couple of weeks ago, Gov. Arthur Yap conducted an ocular inspection of a Panglao resort and it was reported that it may host the next batch of returning Boholano OFWs.

There are some unofficial reports that these OFWs might stay either at the HENANN Resort or at Bellevue Resort all located at Panglao. But this information is unofficial.
