University of Bohol (UB) President Dr. Victoriano B. Tirol, III was re-elected as member of the Board of Trustees (BOT) of the Philippine Association of College and Universities (PACU) following an election held during the organization’s 90th Anniversary National Conference and General Assembly & Election on September 17, 2022, at Sheraton Ballroom, Sheraton Manila Hotel, Pasay City, a press release from the University said.
The members of the BOT for the year 2022-2023 representing the National Capitol Region are Fr. Marcelo V. Manintim, CM (President-Adamson University); Dr. Ma. Cristina D. Padolina (President – Centro Escolar University); Dr. Michael M. Alba (President- Far Eastern University); Dr. Vicente K. Fabella (President – Jose Rizal University); Dr. Reynaldo B. Vea (President – Mapua University); Dr. Caroline Marian S. Enriquez (President – Our Lady of Fatima University); Marco Alfredo M. Benitez (President – Philippine Women’s University); Dr. Elizabeth Quirino-Lahoz (President – Technological Institute of the Philippines); and Dr. Ester A. Garcia (President – University of the East).
The members of the BOT representing Luzon are Patricia Bustos-Lagunda, (President – Baliuag University); Dr. Peter P. Laurel (President – Lyceum of the Philippines University – Batangas); Dr. Naila E. Leveriza (President – Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation); Dr. Ma. Socorro M. Eala (President – San Pablo Colleges); Dr. Zorba R. Bautista (Chairman – University of Baguio); and Dr. Anthony Jose M. Tamayo (President – University of Perpetual Help DALTA).
Moreover the members of the BOT representing the Visayas are Engr. Bernard Nicolas E. Villamor (President – Cebu Institute of Technology – University); Dr. Victoriano B. Tirol, III (President – University of Bohol); Atty. Augusto W. Go, (President, University of Cebu); and Dr. Raymundo P. Reyes (President, University of Iloilo).
Furthermore, the Mindanao representatives in the BOT are Laurice Faye R.
