This project was implemented by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) III and funds were from the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2023 worth P5 Million; Turnover Ceremony at Montevideo, Carmen – with Barangay Captain Eddie Cagadas of a project implemented by the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) III with funds taken from the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2020 worth P5 Million. Rep. Tutor also said: “On-going usab ang P100Million [balor] na kalsada sa may Montesuerte, ang slope protection nalang ang kuwang under [the] General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2023. Ug maka laag mo didto, lapad na gyud ang dalan. Plus, naa pay P80Million [worth nga project] under GAA 2024. Ato ipa check sa DPWH III nga ma apil ang portion karon na wala pa ma semento para hanutoy na gyud ang kalsada. Pasalamat sad ta sa presence ni Mayor Che Toribio nga ni gahin sa iyang panahon sukad sa buntag hangtod hapon para sa atong mga events deri kauban ni BM Natan Binlod.
