Third District Representative Alexie Besas-Tutor (in
photo) announced on Feb. 24, 2024 the turnover of
the following finished project: Road Concreting at
Sitio Pansul, Cabantian, Guindulman implemented by
the Department of Public Works and Highways
(DPWH) III with funds from the General Appropriations
Act (GAA) 2023. The project is worth P20Million and
the turnover ceremony was attended by Barangay
Captain Efren Felisilda. Rep. Tutor narrated the story
of the project. She said: “Mao ni ang area nga
pinakalisod ug sa dugay na panahon gi yangongo sa
mga tao. Ug nalipay kta nga napangitaan ug pundo
kini. Gamay nalang gyud ug kuwang. Sakripisyo-i sa
ninyo magamay pa ang kuwang kay ato pa pod
pangitaan nga atong edugang sa pa semento.
