Tubigon Mayor William Jao (inset, upper left corner) on March 6, 2024 announced that Municipal Agriculturist Engr. Razel A. Palma and Agriculturist Technician-Fisheries Victor R. Boligao visited the site and delivered feeds for the Bangus Fingerlings of the Fish Cage Project in Ubay Island, Tubigon.
