During the 2019 midterm elections, Atty. Delgado and his wife Nickie were members of the election legal team led by Atty. Lord “Popot” Marapao IV and Atty. Mark Garrote.
Some of Atty. Delgado’s achievements are his successful negotiation and settlement with the claimants/plaintiffs of a multi-billion peso tort claim (the largest the largest in Philippine history) which they filed against multi-national companies for supposed illnesses allegedly caused by the application of pesticide in banana plantations in Southern Philippines.
He was part of the legal team which represented the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas in a criminal case against a group of rural banks that engaged in the Ponzi Scheme and defrauded the depositors.
