The culture-rich town of Baclayon is set to celebrate its 426th year foundation anniversary by slating several activities.
The town, led by Mayor Alvin Uy, will celebrate its foundation anniversary with the theme: “Padayon sa Paglambo sa Kultura ug Pag amoma sa Kabilin ug Bahandi”
